Ciao, my name is Joe, named after my nonno, Joe DiMaggio who opened our family's first authentic Sicilian pizzeria in 1972 creating the recipes still used today. In 1985, my father opened Gaetano's, carrying on the tradition. Today, I welcome you to Joe's Village Pizza To-Go, where my wife, my children and I are proud to serve you the best pizza you've ever had.
Our recipes are made using the highest quality ingredients: fresh vegetables, quality meats, hand-tossed doughs and sauces made in-house from scratch. We build every pizza to order and bake them to perfection in our double-decker stone oven. As a finishing touch, we add 4 generations of pride to every order.
